  • Yes. The FOLD Reformer is designed for all bodies and abilities. Adjustable resistance springs, multiple footbar positions, and included accessories allow all beginners to start safely and confidently. Whilst also enabling recommended progressions for advanced users to increase workout intensity as needed.

  • There are many benefits to owning your own FOLD reformer bed. Full-body workouts whenever you want them, is one of them. Whether that's to develop your strength, increase your flexibility, or for finding your balance both on and off the bed. Space-saving is another one: Our easi-fold system makes for simple stowing away, perfect for even the smallest flats or homes. Customisable resistance: Our 5 adjustable springs settings puts the control in your hands and feet, so you can work out at your pace.

  • Both our Original STUDIO Reformer and Original FOLD Reformer have been designed and approved for commercial studio use and at-home training, built as a non-folding, full-footprint reformer for dedicated spaces.

  • Similar to the traditional Pilates machines you'll find in studios up and down the country. Although, it comes with a few more benefits (we might be slightly biased)
