OTHER TERMS:

Replaced Parts - Any parts or components replaced under this warranty shall remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period. Replacement or repair of a component does not renew, extend, or reset the warranty period applicable to the original product.

Claim Value Limitation - The total value of any warranty claim shall be limited to the product’s original purchase price, excluding any costs associated with delivery, installation, accessories, or additional services.

Proof of Purchase - A valid proof of purchase is required to validate any warranty claim. FOLD reserves the right to refuse warranty service where adequate proof of purchase cannot be provided or where the authenticity of documentation is in question.

Non-Transferability - This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner, whether by resale, gift, or any other means.

Coverage Area - Warranty coverage is valid only for FOLD Reformer Beds delivered within FOLD’s designated delivery areas within the United Kingdom. If a product is relocated outside these areas after delivery, extra shipping costs may incur.

Replacement or Substitution- In the event that the identical model, colour, or finish is unavailable at the time of replacement, FOLD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide a comparable substitute offering equivalent functionality, specifications, and value.

Inspection Requirement - FOLD reserves the right to inspect any reported defect or fault prior to authorising repair, replacement, or refund. Satisfactory photographic or video evidence of the issue must be supplied and reviewed by FOLD before any warranty action will be taken.

Exclusion of Consequential Losses - FOLD will not be liable for any business loss of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, repair, replacement, or maintenance of the Fold Reformer Bed.

Governing Law and Amendments - This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. FOLD reserves the right to update or amend these warranty terms at any time, provided that such amendments do not affect the statutory rights of existing customers.

SERVICE EXCEPTIONS

Access Issues - If a service visit cannot be completed due to access restrictions, unsafe conditions, or customer unavailability, the visit will be rescheduled. Any additional costs arising from the failed visit (including travel or labour) will be chargeable to the customer.

Parts Misplaced or Missing - Where parts supplied by FOLD are lost, misplaced, or not available on site, the appointment will be rearranged once replacement parts have been delivered. Any additional engineer costs for the repeat visit will be chargeable to the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Parts - In the event that a replacement part is found to be faulty or damaged in transit or storage, the service visit will be rearranged. FOLD will investigate the issue with the carrier or supplier. Where fault lies outside of FOLD’s control, any additional costs for the revisit will be chargeable to the customer.

Incorrect Diagnosis - If a repair does not resolve the issue due to an incorrect or incomplete description of the fault provided by the customer, a follow-up visit will be arranged once the correct parts are available. The additional visit and associated costs will be chargeable to the customer at standard service rates.

Commercial Reformer Bed Service - The reformer bed service covers inspection and standard maintenance only. Any required parts or additional labour identified during the service will be quoted separately. These costs will only be charged if you choose to proceed with the recommended repairs or replacements.
