Welcome to the FOLD App Survey Competition

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. THE PROMOTER
1.1. The promoters are: FOLD Reformer of Bollin House, Bollin Walk, Wimslow,  SK9 1DP.

2. THE COMPETITION
2.1. The title of the competition is ‘FOLD Reformer App Survey Competition.’

3. DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES
3.1. Entries must be received before 9:00am on Friday 8th November 2024. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1. Please complete the FOLD Reformer App Survey that was emailed to selected participants.
4.2. Entrants must be over 18 or have the parents or guardian’s permission
4.3. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems will not be entered into the draw.
4.5. Employees or contractors of FOLD Reformer, any person directly or indirectly involved in FOLD Reformer or the running of the competition, or their direct family members are not eligible for the prize.
4.6. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. THE PRIZE
5.1. The prize available;
(a) £100 Lulelemon Voucher – which can be spent in either the shop or online
5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable
5.3. Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize, that the winners or their guests incur are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
6.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received,
6.2. The Competition Winner will be notified by e-mail on or before Friday 8th November 2024.
6.3. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, FOLD Reformer, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of FOLD Reformer distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. DATA AND PUBLICITY
8.1. All personal data provided to FOLD Reformer will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of all legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time relating to the use of personal data and the privacy of electronic communications, including (i) the Data Protection Act 2018 and any successor UK legislation, as well as (ii) the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) and any other directly applicable European Union regulation relating to data protection and privacy (for so long as and to the extent that the law of the European Union has legal effect in the UK). We will keep your personal data safe and secure. We will not share it with other organisations without your knowledge and consent, unless required by law to do so. We will keep your personal data only for the purposes of communicating with you regarding this competition.

9. GENERAL
9.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, FOLD Reformer may, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
10.2.FOLD Reformer reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
