Suprisingly, not too much, but to be sure your new at home studio is ready for you, checkout the dimensions below;

• Open dimensions: Approximately 235cm (L) x 80cm (W) x 26–29cm (H)

• Recommended workout space: Allow at least 60cm of space on each side and 45cm at the end of the Original FOLD Reformer bed to enjoy free flowing movement.

Of course. The FOLD Reformer is designed for all bodies and abilities. Adjustable resistance springs, multiple footbar positions, and included accessories allow all beginners to start safely and confidently.

Whilst also enabling recommended progressions for advanced users to increase workout intensity as needed.

The reality is, the FOLD Reformer is very similar to the traditional Pilates machines you'll find in studios up and down the countries. Although, it comes with a few more benefits (we might be slightly bias)
