Of course. The FOLD Reformer is designed for all bodies and abilities. Adjustable resistance springs, multiple footbar positions, and included accessories allow all beginners to start safely and confidently.

Whilst also enabling recommended progressions for advanced users to increase workout intensity as needed.

The reality is, the FOLD Reformer is very similar to the traditional Pilates machines you'll find in studios up and down the countries. Although, it comes with a few more benefits (we might be slightly bias)
