Packing for your FOLD Reformer

Following feedback from our community we have recently introduced improved packaging to make it much smoother to get started with your at-home Reformer experience. Your FOLD Reformer will now arrive in a very strong reinforced cardboard box to ensure the bed stays in pristine condition during transit. 

2-Person Delivery Service

Our 2 person delivery team is here to help bring your FOLD Reformer and accessory equipment through your front door and into the room of your choice, including up 3 flights of stairs. Please note that basements, attics, and other hard-to-reach areas are excluded.

2-Person Delivery Service Plus 

All of the above, plus the delivery team will unbox your FOLD Reformer and place in your desired location, whilst removing all of the packaging to take away from the property. Please note that this does not include a full assembly white glove service (coming soon!).

SHIPPING

Retail orders are shipped by Royal Mail delivery within 1-3 business days of purchase. 

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • 48-Hours Royal Mail Tracked - £3.99
  • 24-Hours Royal Mail Tracked - £4.99
  • DPD Next Day Delivery - £6.99

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Occasionally we may send large retail orders (such as yoga mats) by courier. You will be notified if this is the case with your order.

FOLD Reformer is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Royal Mail and DPD or other third parties, however please get in contact if you don't receive your order within 7 working days.

  • Our reformer beds are studio-quality and suit all types of spaces. We offer a bespoke consultation to help you decide how our beds would work for you. They’re perfect for gyms with studios, fitness boutiques, hotels, physios, rehab and wellness centres.

  • Absolutely. You've got plenty of ways to make the FOLD reformer bed your own. Tell us what you need and we'll work closely with you to tailor a solution that meets your needs.

    You can also choose to include accessories with your order like Pilates balls, Pilates circles, Pilates mats, plus pairs of 1kg dumbbells for no extra cost.

  • Your reformer beds will arrive between 5-6 weeks after you place your order. We'll keep in regular contact and support you and your business in the lead up to your delivery.

  • Yes, we do offer some generous discounts for studios.. Each studio setup is unique so to ensure you get the best support and tailored offer for your studio setup make sure you get in touch.

  • Yes, we do and all from as little as £5,000 and between 2-5 years. We also have a handy finance calculator that makes it easy to see what you could potentially borrow and indicative costings for repayments.
