  • Yes, we're proud to offer a 3-year warranty for the Original FOLD Reformer bed, giving you peace of mind. You can checkout FOLD Reformer's full warranty here.

  • At present, shipping lead times from date of purchase are approximately 7-8 weeks. If you order today your Original FOLD Reformer delivered before Christmas around mid-December.

    Once your FOLD Reformer has been manufactured, you'll receive and email from us confirming the delivery options available to you, which include the following:

    We offer a 2 Person delivery service to the room of your choice. Our delivery partner will contact via text and email you once your bed has arrived at the warehouse and is ready for delivery.

  • You may have seen in early reviews that our beds were delivered in large wooden crates. Following FOLD member feedback, we have improved the delivery experience by delivering the beds in extra strong reinforced cardboard still keeping your bed in pristine condition but a whole lot easier to unpackage your FOLD Reformer bed for the first time.

  • Yes, you can extend the height of the Reformer to 290mm off the floor.

    Following your 6 month free App access the monthly cost will be £9.99.

  • Yes, we do. If you need to replace a single spring this can be done or if the full set needs replacing you can purchase our FOLD 5 spring set bundle.

  • Yes, the Jumpboard & Box are included with every bed purchase.

  • Of course, we include the foot-strap too which accompanies the double-hand & foot loops, so you can experience the full breadth of workouts whenever you need it.

  • Yes, we’re delighted to be able to offer a preferential studio or wholesale discount with the most competitive rates on the market. Drop us an email with your requirements and we’ll do our best to get your dream studio up and running.

  • They sure are! We have already partnered with 20+ studios to support them with making their dream studio a reality. Plus, we’ve now extended our warranty to 3 years for all new studio partners.

  • Yes, we do. Orders to the Channel Islands can be arranged via Ship2Me. To proceed, you’ll need to set up delivery with them and we’ll send your FOLD Reformer to their Portsmouth address.

    Please note: as the order is placed and delivered within the UK, we’re unable to refund VAT. Customers are responsible for any additional costs associated with Ship2Me’s forwarding service.

  • When an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee we will be able to cancel it prior to it being shipped. Orders can be cancelled in 14-day cooling off but if it is canceled after it has been shipped, fees associated with shipping, delivery and set-up can not be refunded.

    You can request a cancelation by contacting the Team hello@foldreformer.com. Refunds can take up to approximately 5-14 working days, and processing times can vary depending on banks.

  • Europe - We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy & Ireland. We are aiming to expand to the rest of Europe later in 2025.

    Rest of the World - We are now offering worldwide shipping for our Commercial offering for four beds or more. If this is of interest to you - get in touch.
