FOLD Reformer Turns Two!

We'll be honest – building a startup is a lot of work. Long hours, hard decisions, and going after something most people wouldn't. So when the industry takes notice, it means the world. That's why we were delighted to be nominated for the South East Startup Awards in the category Global Startup of the Year. We packed our bags and eagerly headed to Oxford for the ceremony. Long story short... WE WON! After a little celebration in Oxford, we headed back to London with our glowing new award safely in hand. That win means the journey continues and next stop is the UK Startup Awards final at Ideas Fest in September. Hope to see you there.

Welcome to the House of FOLD

This June, to mark our birthday, we proudly opened the House of FOLD, an experiential hub built for our community. Here we run studio classes for local members, host unique events and brand collaborations, and showcase the latest in Pilates equipment and training. It's also the filming home of our on-demand app classes, with live workouts coming soon to the FOLD App, and the base for the FOLD Academy, our training arm offering accredited courses from Mat and Reformer to Tower Pilates.

Feel good, do good

When we set out, we had two goals: to make Pilates more accessible, and to help people feel good while doing it. So from day one, we partnered with Ecodrive Partnership, because we didn't just want to feel good, we wanted to do good. For every reformer we sell, we plant five trees; for every accessory or grip sock order, we plant one. In just two years, our community has helped plant over 17,500 trees and create 177 days of work for local communities, all independently verified, with the real-world impact there for everyone to see. More recently, we introduced our pre-loved reformer initiative: returned models are carefully refurbished and resold at a more accessible price, giving them a second life and making sure nothing goes to waste.

We know that owning a reformer is a long-term investment, so we've built the aftercare to match. Every FOLD comes with a 3-year warranty as standard, which you can extend to 5 years with our premium service for a small fee. We've partnered with a reputable commercial aftercare provider to offer call-outs and repairs, giving you complete peace of mind. All spare parts are held in our UK warehouse and ship within 48 hours, so you're never waiting long. And when you do need us, you'll always reach our UK team, people who live and breathe the products and know how to give you fast, accurate answers.
