Original FOLD Reformer Returns & Refund

If you are not satisfied with your Original FOLD Reformer Bed you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery.

FOLD Reformer’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of the Original FOLD Reformer Bed Warranty.

Because of the size and weight of our wellness equipment, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Original FOLD Reformer Bed. If a cancellation and refund request is made prior to the shipment of your Original FOLD Reformer, a processing fee of up to 5% of the total purchase amount may be deducted to cover administrative and processing costs. This fee is applied at our discretion and is intended to offset expenses incurred in handling the cancellation. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this potential deduction in the event of a refund request prior to shipment.

Returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee of £200 for UK based returns and 350€ or more for EU locations for the FOLD Reformer Bed. Your Original FOLD Reformer bed along with any accompanying accessories must be returned within its original box in order for the refund to remain valid. The returned Original FOLD Reformer bed will be inspected upon arrival back to the company warehouse.

If your Original FOLD Reformer Bed is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, FOLD Reformer reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at FOLD Reformer’s sole discretion.

If your Original FOLD Reformer Bed is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

SHIPPING - Accessories & Socks

Retail orders are shipped by Royal Mail delivery within 1-3 business days of purchase. 

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • 24-Hours Royal Mail Tracked - £4.99
  • 48- Hours Royal Mail Tracked - £3.99
  • DPD Next Day Delivery - £6.99

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Occasionally we may send large retail orders (such as yoga mats) by courier. You will be notified if this is the case with your order.

FOLD Reformer is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Royal Mail or other third parties, however please get in contact if you don't receive your order in a timely fashion.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, then get in touch for an exchange or store credit.

We cherish our brand and implement quality checks into every stage of the design and creation process. We replace any defective products. Please note that this does not include general wear and tear. 

The following merchandise may not be returned if they have been worn, used, or purchased marked down/sale item, or gifts with purchase:

  • Socks
  • Pilates Ring
  • Mats
  • Towels

All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be shipped within the original boxed packaging. FOLD Reformer is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.

WHICH ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

Items purchased in the last 30 days.

They must be unworn and unaltered. With the packaging still attached. Postage is not refundable.

Our refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

WHICH ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE?

Clearance / Sale Items. This includes any product that is purchased on a sale event.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable during a sale, refunds will be processed automatically.
