VOUW FAQ's

Reviews

Pretty good

"Have only used studio reformers before. This home version is pretty good. A couple of things let you know it'a not your studio grade (the safety foot strap is not in the right place- difficult to use; there is padding instead of grip under footbar at the end). I also wish it was the same wood throughout reformer, you can see two totally different woods. Other than that, it is built well and is good quality."

— Lianne (4/5)

Outstanding ✨

"I absolutely love it! It’s incredibly easy to assemble and the quality is truly impressive. You definitely feel like you’re in a studio. I’m so obsessed! 😍"

— Mayling O. (5/5)

Very impressed

"The reformer is impressive it's a beautiful design that feels really premium. The app makes getting started simple, even if you’re not especially techy, with classes that feel like having an instructor right there with you. What really stood out was the service: regular communication about delivery, helpful guidance on what to expect, and friendly follow-up to check everything arrived safely."

— Juliana. I. (5/5)

Outstanding product, brilliant app, exceptional service

"Original Fold Reformer feels very premium, the glide is super smooth, the frame is solid and every detail looks carefully finished. The app is just as impressive, with clear, well-structured classes that make it easy to know exactly what to do. I also have to mention the customer service, every question I had was answered quickly, clearly and kindly. It really feels like a brand that cares about both the product and the people using it."

— Veronika. S. (5/5)

Great reformer and customer service

"So impressed with this reformer - great quality and easy to set up. A minor query was dealt with very promptly by the customer services team. I have no hesitation in recommending FOLD to anyone looking for a great reformer. I’ve been impressed with the classes on the App too!! Thank you FOLD"

— Rebecca. T. (5/5)

Great experience from order to first use

"The whole process has been excellent. Clear communication, smooth delivery and a Reformer that looks and feels amazing. I was using it with the app the same day it arrived."

— Cecelia. A. (5/5)

Absolutely worth the wait

"There was a bit of a wait for my Fold reformer, but it has been absolutely worth it. The quality is exceptional – the carriage is so smooth, everything feels solid and secure, and the design looks beautiful in my home. Paired with the app and its range of classes, it genuinely feels like having a top-end studio set-up at home. Now that it’s here and part of my routine, I’d make the same decision again in a heartbeat."

— Yulia. C. (5/5)

New Fold Reformer

"I have wanted to purchase a reformer for soo long and finally took the plunge and purchased a Fold Reformer… I am not disappointed. I absolutely love the look and quality of my reformer. It was very quick to set up, and no problem for one person to manage. It is easy to fold and move for storage. The Fold app is straightforward to navigate with a good variety of classes from beginner to advanced. The choice of a quick work out when I am short on time or longer sessions when time allows, fits my lifestyle perfectly. If you are considering making a purchase I would highly recommend, the only thing you will regret is not doing sooner."

— Caroline. F. (5/5)
