Which territories are still open?
The table above lists the markets already appointed. Anything not on it is open, and we will tell you straight away on the call if a conversation is already under way in yours.
Is distribution exclusive?
Usually yes, by territory. Exclusivity comes with stock commitments, and both are written into the agreement rather than assumed.
What support comes with an agreement?
Product education for your team, marketing assets, and launch support for the first studios you open. You are selling the FÔLD experience, not a box.
Do we need a showroom?
Not on day one, but the partners who grow fastest give buyers somewhere to try a bed. We will help you plan one when the time comes.
How are spare parts handled?
Stock and spares are held in the UK and shipped to you, with the volumes agreed up front so a bed is never out of a class waiting on a part.
