FÔLD Grip Sock Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter and the promotion
1.1 The promoter is Fold Reformer Ltd, trading as FÔLD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15774859 ), whose registered office is Studio 3, Buspace Studios, Middle Row, London W10 5AP ("FÔLD", "we", "us").
1.2 The FÔLD Grip Sock Giveaway (the "Giveaway") gives each eligible person who signs up one free pair of FÔLD grip socks. You pay only the delivery charge of £3.99 set out in section 6.
1.3 By signing up to the Giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before you take part.
2. Promotion period
2.1 The Giveaway opens at 00:01 (UK time) on Thursday 15 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on Tuesday 27 October 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
2.2 Sign-ups received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
2.3 Claims must be completed at checkout by 23:59 (UK time) on Tuesday 3 November 2026. Unused claim codes expire after this time and cannot be reissued.
3. Who can take part
3.1 The Giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over with a UK delivery address.
3.2 Employees of FÔLD, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with running the Giveaway are not eligible.
3.3 We may ask you to confirm your age, identity or eligibility. If you cannot, or if we reasonably believe you are not eligible, we may cancel your claim and refund any delivery charge paid.
4. How to enter and claim
4.1 To enter, complete the Giveaway sign-up form here during the Promotion Period with your full name, email address and any other details requested. You do not need to sign up to our marketing emails to enter or to claim your free socks (see clause 8.2).
4.2 Once your sign-up is accepted, we will email you a unique, single-use claim code. Add your chosen socks to your basket at foldreformer.com, apply the code at checkout, and pay the delivery charge to complete your claim.
4.3 Only one entry and one claim is allowed per person, per email address and per delivery address. Each claim is limited to one pair of socks.
4.4 Duplicate, incomplete, automated or bulk entries, and entries made through third parties, will be rejected. We may cancel any claim we reasonably believe breaks these terms, including multiple claims made using different names or email addresses.
4.5 Claim codes are personal to you. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash or combined with any other offer or discount code.
4.6 We are not responsible for sign-ups or emails that are lost, delayed or not received, including those filtered as spam. If your code has not arrived within 24 hours of signing up, contact us using the details in section 9.
5. The free gift
5.1 Each successful claim receives one pair of FÔLD grip socks from the ÔWEAR range, chosen from the following styles only, as named on foldreformer.com:
- Essentials Pilates Grip Socks
- Everyday Crew Grip Socks
- Crew Sporty Stripes Pilates Grip Socks
- Pilates Scrunch Grip Socks
5.2 Colours and sizes are subject to availability at the time you claim. Available options will be shown at checkout.
5.3 Stock is limited and claims are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. If the Giveaway stock runs out before the Promotion Period ends, we will close the Giveaway early and announce this on foldreformer.com and on the sign-up page.
5.4 If your chosen style or size becomes unavailable after you have claimed, we will offer you a suitable alternative or, if you prefer, cancel your claim and refund the delivery charge in full.
5.5 The gift has no cash value. No cash or other alternative is offered, except under clause 5.4.
6. Delivery
6.1 The socks are free. A delivery charge of £3.99 (including VAT) is payable at checkout to complete your claim. This charge covers the cost of delivery only; no other payment is required.
6.2 Orders are sent by a 48-hour tracked delivery service to UK addresses only. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
6.3 Delivery times run from dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees. Allow up to [5] working days from claim to delivery during busy periods.
6.4 Please check your delivery address before you pay. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you have provided.
6.5 If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement where stock allows, or refund the delivery charge.
7. Cancellations, faulty items and liability
7.1 You may cancel your claim before dispatch for a full refund of the delivery charge by contacting us using the details in section 9.
7.2 For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned once their packaging seal has been broken, unless they are faulty. Unopened socks may be returned within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the delivery charge.
7.3 If your socks are faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace them or refund the delivery charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7.4 Grip socks are designed to improve grip during Pilates and Reformer practice. They do not remove the risk of slipping. Always use them on a clean, dry surface and follow any guidance supplied with your Reformer or other equipment.
7.5 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
8. Your data and marketing
8.1 FÔLD is the data controller for personal data collected through the Giveaway. We use it to run the Giveaway, verify eligibility, process your claim and deliver your socks, in line with our Privacy Policy at foldreformer.com/privacy.
8.2 Signing up to our marketing emails is optional and is not a condition of entering the Giveaway or receiving your free socks. We will only send you news and offers from FÔLD if you tick the separate, unticked marketing box on the sign-up form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
8.3 We will not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Giveaway, such as our ecommerce platform, email provider and delivery partners.
9. General
9.1 We may amend, suspend or withdraw the Giveaway, or these terms, where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary. Any change will be posted on foldreformer.com and will not affect claims already accepted.
9.2 Our decision on any matter relating to the Giveaway is final, acting reasonably.
9.3 The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any third party, including any social media platform.
9.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
