Recommended workout space: Allow at least 60cm of space on each side and 45cm at the end of the FOLD Reformer bed to enjoy free flowing movement.

Adjustable resistance springs, multiple footbar positions, and included accessories allow all beginners to start safely and confidently. Whilst also enabling recommneded progressions for advanced users to increase workout intensity as needed.
