Your estimated shipping date will be listed on our website at time of purchase. At present, shipping lead times from date of purchase are approximately 9-11 weeks. 

Once your FOLD Reformer has been manufactured, you'll receive and email from us confirming the delivery options available to you, which include the following:

We offer a 2 Person delivery service, if you are unavailble on the date provided the service will move to a one person kerbside delivery and the delivery company will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

On the third attempt, we will cancel the order and you will be provided a partial refund minus £200 to cover the costs of the attempted deliveries.

If you have purchased the Original FOLD Reformer, then you'll receive the starter bundle accessories pack which will be automatically included free with your delivery. We currently do not sell the starter bundle separately.

When an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee we will be able to cancel it prior to it being shipped.

Orders can be cancelled in 14-day cooling off but if it is canceled after it has been shipped, fees associated with shipping, delivery and set-up can not be refunded.
