Approximate shipping times: 6-8 weeks.
Due to unprecedented demand, we’re ramping up our manufacturing to keep up, but this means our current lead times are longer than we’d like. We know waiting isn’t ideal, but we know it will be worth it.
Rest assured, we’re doing everything we can to speed things up while maintaining the quality you love. So don't miss out and order yours today.
FOLD Reformer offers a range of delivery service and where possible tries to offer the 2-person service. Please note there are times where this service is not possible but we would inform you of this before fulfilling your order.
Where possible FOLD Reformer will provide you with at least two weeks prior notice for your delivery, to ensure you have more flexibility in making suitable arrangements for the arrival of your FOLD Reformer.
2-Person Delivery Service
Our 2 person delivery team is here to help bring your FOLD Reformer and accessory equipment to your front door.
Your FOLD Reformer will be delivered through the threshold of your home.
If possible, the team may help place it in a room of your choice, but this depends on the size and accessibility of your property. Please note that basements, attics, and other hard-to-reach areas are excluded.
2-Person Delivery Service Plus
All of the above, plus the delivery team will unbox your FOLD Reformer and place in your desired location, whilst removing all of the packaging to take away from the property. Please note that this does not include a full assembly white glove service (coming soon!).
A Sustainable Step Forward 🌱
We’re proud to announce our partnership with Ecodrive, supporting global efforts to replant trees and remove plastic from oceans. Within the past 12 months alone, we've planted over 5000 trees in Kenya....and we're not stopping there, we’ve planted 5 trees for every FOLD Reformer order, including yours! SHIPPING
Retail orders are shipped by Royal Mail delivery within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Shipping costs are as follows:
- 24-Hours Royal Mail Tracked - £3.99
- 48- Hours Royal Mail Tracked - £4.99
- DPD Next Day Delivery - £6.99
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Occasionally we may send large retail orders (such as yoga mats) by courier. You will be notified if this is the case with your order.
FOLD Reformer is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or other third parties, however please get in contact if you don't receive your order within 7 working days.

When will I receive my FOLD Reformer if I ordered today?
Currently delivery times from date of purchase are approximately 7-9 weeks.
Once your FOLD Reformer has been manufactured, you'll receive and email from us confirming the delivery options available to you, which include the following:
A 2 Person delivery service to the room of your choice. Our delivery partner will contact via text and email you once your bed has arrived at the warehouse, passed quality control and is ready for delivery.
If you are unavailble on the date provided the service will move to a one person kerbside delivery and the delivery company will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

Do you ship internationally?
UK
We currently ship to all locations within the UK, including Northern Ireland & the Channel. Where possible we'll always try to use our complimentary 2-person delivery service. On some occasions this might not be possible but will be communicated well in advance of your final delivery date.
Europe
We currently deliver to Austria, Germany, France, Italy & Ireland. We are aiming to expand to the rest of Europe later in 2025.
Middle East

What if I'm not available for delivery?
We understand life gets busy and could well be one of the many reasons you opted for your Original FOLD Reformer. That's why we've hand picked our delivery partners that offer full flexibility for your delivery. Once your bed is ready for delivery you'll be contacted via email and text offering you a delivery date - can't make it?
Simply choose another date that works for you.
Do you deliver to the room of your choice?
Yes, we do. This is our primary delivery service and where possible our delivery partners will deliver your FOLD Reformer to the room of your choice. Please note that basements, attics, and other hard-to-reach areas are excluded.
If you’re seeking a little bit extra support with your delivery why not upgrade to our paid for 2-Person Delivery Plus service, where our team will unbox your bed in your desired location within your home and will then remove and dispose of all packaging.
Later this summer we’ll be launching our full white glove service - more to come!
What if I'm away for when delivery is expected?
Look we understand, both business and pleasure can disrupt the best laid Reformer plans, so just give us a heads up and we can let our delivery partners Rhenus know and can ensure we hold until you return.
