Warranty Terms and Conditions
At FOLD Reformer Ltd, we take pride in delivering quality equipment made to move with you. We offer a limited parts warranty to cover manufacturing faults and material defects on original FOLD Reformers, with the following coverage:

Warranty Coverage
Valid for original customers only – non-transferable
- Frame: 3 years
- Carriage & Foot-bar: 2 years
- Springs: 1 year
- Straps & Ropes: 1 year
- Upholstery: 1 year
- All other fixtures, fittings & accessories: 1 year
Key Conditions
- Warranty begins from the date of delivery.
- Covers parts only – labour, travel, or installation costs are not included.
- Claims must be raised within 14 days of any fault or damage being identified.
- Warranty is void if:
- The bed has been customised or modified in any way.
- There is evidence of misuse by children, animals, or negligence.
- Damage occurs due to external forces outside of our control (commonly known as Acts of God).
- Non-FOLD parts or accessories have been used.
Making a Claim
If something’s not right:
- Contact us at hello@foldreformer.com with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video.
- Our team will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
- If covered, we’ll send out the necessary replacement parts, along with your FOLD tool kit to support self-installation.
Not Covered
Please note, this warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear from regular use
- Misuse, poor care or cleaning with harsh or abrasive chemicals
- Cosmetic changes such as fading from sunlight or marks from regular handling
- Damage due to incorrect assembly or installation
- Second-hand or re-sold units
Final Notes
- Any parts replaced under warranty continue under the original product’s warranty period.
- Warranty claims are limited to the original value of the item (excluding delivery and any optional extras).
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update them from time to time, and will inform you of any key changes.
