Warranty Terms and Conditions
At FOLD Reformer, we take pride in delivering quality equipment made to move with you. We offer a limited parts warranty to cover manufacturing faults and material defects on original FOLD Reformers, with the following coverage:

1. Standard Warranty
Included with your FOLD Reformer purchase
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- Frame: 3 years
- Carriage & Footbar: 1 year
- Springs: 1 year
- Straps & Ropes: 1 year
- Upholstery: 6 months
- All other fixtures, fittings & accessories: 1 year
SUPPORT & SERVICING
- Parts are provided free of charge for faults within the listed warranty periods
- If a service visit from one of our technicians is required, a call-out fee of £250 will apply. This fee covers travel and initial assessment. In addition, a £100 labour charge for any repair, adjustment, or diagnostic work carried out on-site.
KEY CONDITIONS
- Warranty begins from the date of delivery
- Warranty must be activated within 30 days of delivery; if not activated, it will be void
- Proof of purchase is required
- Warranty is non-transferable
- Covers parts only – no labour, installation, or shipping costs.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of identifying a fault.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
- Click the link in your emails that was used for warranty registration.
- The Orbit 4 Fault Logging Form will open in your browser.
- Fill out the form with fault details, a description, and any relevant attachments.
- FÔLD will be notified of your issue.
- The FÔLD team will review your ticket and may contact you for more information.
- Provide any additional details they request via email.
- FÔLD will then assess your warranty status to determine if your case is covered under warranty.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not apply and will be rendered void under any of the following circumstances. These exclusions are designed to ensure fair and consistent warranty application.

2. Premium Warranty
£299 – Enhanced coverage providing priority support, including 1x call-out, for complete peace of mind.
INCLUDES EVERYTHING IN BASIC, plus:

Replacement parts and shipping: fully covered

Includes 1x Call-Out Visit*: You are entitled to one complimentary call-out within the first 12 months for an on-site inspection or repair by an authorised FOLD technician.
This complimentary call-out must be used within the first 12 months; if unused, it will be void after the 12-month period.
If the issue is not resolved during the first visit, FOLD will cover one additional visit for the same issue at no extra cost.
Any further call-outs beyond this will be charged at £250 per visit, plus £100 per hour of labour.
*FOLD reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue can be resolved through the provision of replacement parts for customer installation or whether an authorised technician is required to attend. This assessment will be made at FOLD’s discretion, based on the nature of the fault and the evidence provided by the customer.
