Hello, I'm Matt, Co-Founder
I lead our commercial growth and operations, everything from production and logistics to partnerships and global expansion. Basically, the “make it happen” side of things.
My coffee order’s an Americano (mainly because I don’t have the patience to froth milk).
For me, FOLD has always been about making wellness accessible, breaking down barriers and ditching the all-or-nothing mindset. It’s about following your passion, taking a leap, and helping others find the confidence to do the same.
What excites me most? Scaling a brand that connects people through movement.

Bring the studio-quality experience back home. Featuring the smoothest and quietest carriage, 5x adjustable resistance springs and 4-position footbar to cater for all bodies and abilities. Made from real mape wood, ensures a sturdy frame designed for durability and performance. How much space do I need for a FOLD Reformer?
Not that much, but to be sure your new at home studio is ready for you, checkout the dimensions below;
- Folded dimensions: Approximately 127cm (L) x 60cm (W) x 40cm (H)
- Open dimensions: Approximately 235cm (L) x 60cm (W) x 26–29cm (H)
Recommended workout space: Allow at least 60cm of space on each side and 45cm at the end of the FOLD Reformer bed to enjoy free flowing movement.
What is the weight and user capacity?
We welcome all bodies and all abilities, that said here's the safety bit:
- Machine weight: Approximately 72kg
- Maximum user weight: Up to 130kg (approx. 286 lbs)
- Maximum user height: Up to 6ft 4in (approx. 193cm).
Is the FOLD Reformer suitable for beginners and advanced users?
Of course. The FOLD Reformer is designed for all bodies and abilities. Adjustable resistance springs, multiple footbar positions, and included accessories allow all beginners to start safely and confidently. Whilst also enabling recommneded progressions for advanced users to increase workout intensity as needed.
How does the FOLD Reformer differ from a traditional Pilates reformer?
The reality is, the FOLD Reformer is very similar to the traditional Pilates machines you'll find in studios up and down the countries. Although, it comes with a few more benefits (we might be slightly bias)
- Portability: Of course, it folds away for easy storage and has wheels to give true maneuverability.
- Home-friendly: Lighter and more compact, but still offers studio-grade peformance and durabality that you'd expect and need.
- Accessories: Includes a full starter bundle and app access for guided workouts from beginner to advanced we've got you covered.
- Adjustability: Features adjustable legs, footbar, and resistance springs for a tailored experience that works for you.
What accessories can I use with my FOLD Reformer?
- Pilates board/jump board: Included for cardio, plyometric and more advanced exercises and movements.

How do I maintain my FOLD Reformer?
