FOLD Commercial Warranty

At FOLD, we take pride in delivering quality equipment made to move with you. 

We offer two levels of cover to support your commercial reformer:

  • Standard Warranty – included with every purchase.
  • Premium Warranty – available for purchase, price depending on number of beds.

1. Standard Warranty

Included with your FOLD Reformer purchase

WARRANTY COVERAGE
Applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

  • Frame, Carriage & Footbar: 2 years
  • Springs: 1 year
  • Straps & Ropes: 1 year
  • Upholstery: 6 months
  • All other fixtures, fittings & accessories: 1 year

KEY CONDITIONS

  • Warranty begins from the date of delivery
  • Warranty must be activated within 30 days of delivery; if not activated, it will be void
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Warranty is non-transferable
  • Covers parts only – no labour, installation, or travel costs.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of identifying a fault

SUPPORT & SERVICING

  • Parts are provided free of charge for faults within the listed warranty periods
  • If a service visit from one of our technicians is required, a call-out fee of £250 will apply. This fee covers travel and initial assessment. In addition, a £100 labour charge per bed for any repair, adjustment, or diagnostic work carried out on-site.
  • An annual service is available as an extra charge of £500 plus an additional £100 per bed*


EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not apply and will be rendered void under any of the following circumstances. These exclusions are designed to ensure fair and consistent warranty application.

2. Premium Warranty

Pricing available upon request.  Enhanced support and peace of mind

INCLUDES EVERYTHING IN BASIC, plus:

Enhanced COVERAGE

  • Frame: extended to 5 years
  • Carriage & Footbar: 2 years
  • Springs: extended to 2 years
  • Straps & Ropes: extended to 2 years
  • Upholstery: extended to 1 year
  • All other fixtures, fittings & accessories: extended to 2 years
  • One Complementary Service: This complementary service is valid for one year from the date of delivery. Any service requests beyond this period will be chargeable *

*Please note that the reformer bed service covers inspection and standard maintenance only. Any required out of warranty parts or additional labour identified during the service will be quoted separately. These costs will only be charged if you choose to proceed with the recommended repairs or replacements.

SUPPORT & SERVICING

  • Full product replacement if the fault cannot be resolved (subject to inspection)
  • Replacement parts and shipping: fully covered
