Collection: Mats
Built for the way you actually move. Our reformer Pilates mats and yoga mats are designed to work with your FOLD Reformer and on their own, for mat Pilates, yoga, stretching and warm-ups before you step onto the carriage.
Each mat offers a non-slip grip that holds steady through planks, lunges and footwork, with enough cushioning to protect knees, wrists and spine without losing stability. Made to match your reformer's finish, they look as good rolled out in your living room as they do in the studio.
Whether you're protecting your floor under the bed, adding mat work to your reformer routine, or following along with mat classes on the FOLD app, this is the foundation for it.

The Reformer Pilates Tower is a combination of the Pilates tower machine and a reformer bed. Unlike standard pilates tower equipment, which is a static bed, the Reformer Pilates Tower combines the moveable carriage and resistance springs of a reformer with the vertical frame attachment of the tower machine.
-
A Reformer Pilates Tower machine combines all the strength, mobility and flexibility benefits of a classic reformer with even more of the Pilates repertoire. Unlike a standard reformer, you're not limited to a horizontal plane of movement. The tower attachment opens up vertical resistance too, resulting in deeper core engagement, extra upper body moves and better spinal articulation.
- Unilateral training: tower springs are independent of each other, helping you identify and correct muscle imbalances that a standard reformer can mask.
- Better flexibility: the vertical frame allows for gravity-assisted stretches and spinal decompression movements that are harder to replicate on a reformer alone.
- Rehab support: guided resistance helps to provide extra support for people using the Reformer Pilates Tower machine for rehabilitation
- Space saving: rather than having two large pieces of kit, the Reformer Pilates Tower combines them to give you a broad range of exercises without the need to have all the space of a standalone Cadillac
-
Reformer Pilates Towers are long and tall so you’ll want to measure your ceiling height as well as your floor space. Then you’ll want to make sure that you have enough space around your reformer to get on and off it safely, and perform some floor-based moves. Aim to leave at least 30cm of clearance around all sides.

A few things are non-negotiable when choosing a Reformer Pilates Tower machine:
- Carriage quality: look for a solid, heavy carriage, ideally wood like oak, with easy-to-clean upholstery in a durable material like vegan leather.
- Tower build: choose a tower with a rigid, high-quality frame, multiple spring attachment points across a range of resistances, and an adjustable roll-down bar.
- Straps and bars: make sure you get both long and short strap options, plus smooth-rotating pulleys.
- Accessories included: look for brands that include add-ons like a jumpboard, Pilates box and foot straps as standard rather than charging extra.
- Warranty: 3 years is what to aim for.
