Scan to Win Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter Information: The promoter is FÔLD Reformer, located at Studio 217, Buspace Studios, Conlan Street, London W10 5AP ("FÔLD Reformer", "we" or "us"). This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Les Mills or the venue.
2. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of FÔLD Reformer and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway.
3. Agreement to Rules: By scanning the QR code and entering, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of FÔLD Reformer as final and binding as they relate to the conduct of this giveaway.
4. Entry Period: All entries must be submitted before the Entry Period closes; entries submitted after this time will not be counted.
5. How to Enter: Scan the QR code displayed using a smartphone camera or QR reader. Scanning the code will take you to an online entry form. To enter, complete the form with the requested details, including your name and email address, and submit before the Entry Period closes. Entries that are incomplete, submitted by unauthorised means (including bots or automated scripts), or that do not adhere to these rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of FÔLD Reformer. Only one entry is permitted per person; multiple scans or submissions from the same person will count as a single entry.
6. Prizes: The winner(s) of the giveaway will receive the prize as detailed above. ONE winner(s) will be selected. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at FÔLD Reformer's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner(s) will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, under the supervision of FÔLD Reformer. The winner(s) will be notified by email and/or phone within [5] days following selection, using the contact details provided at entry. FÔLD Reformer shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notification due to spam or junk filters, other security settings, or the winner's provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim their prize within 2 days of notification, FÔLD Reformer reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you understand and agree that FÔLD Reformer, anyone acting on its behalf, and FÔLD Reformer's licensees, successors and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law and subject to our Privacy Policy, to use your entry and, if you are a winner, your name and the general location you provided, for news, publicity and promotional purposes related to this giveaway, without further compensation or notice, save where your consent is separately required by law.
10. Terms & Conditions: FÔLD Reformer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bug, unauthorised human intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond FÔLD Reformer's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the giveaway.

Privacy Policy: Personal information submitted with an entry is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy stated on the FÔLD Reformer website, and is used only to administer this giveaway and, where you have separately opted in, for marketing purposes.
