  • Every pre-loved FÔLD Reformer is refurbished by our specialist refurbishment partner before it's listed. Each bed is fully inspected, cleaned and serviced by hand: the carriage, footbar and Easi-Fold™ hinge are checked against our factory torque specifications, and every moving part — wheels, ropes, springs and pulleys — is tested for smooth, safe operation. Anything that affects performance is replaced with genuine FÔLD parts. Nothing leaves the workshop until it has been tested, checked and confirmed as fully functional. Cosmetic condition is then graded honestly — Pristine, Great or Good — so you know exactly what you're buying, and the bed is professionally repacked for delivery.

  • The return policy on our Pre-loved Reformer Beds work the same as on the regular ones. If you are not satisfied with your delivery, you can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Please note that there is a return fee of £200 for all UK returns.
