1. Promoter Information: The promoter is FOLD Reformer, located at Studio 217, Buspace Studios, Conlan Street, London W10 5AP. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
2. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy & Switzerland aged 18 years or over, except employees of FOLD Reformer and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Fold Reformer as final and binding as it relates to the content of this competition.
4. Nomination Period: Nominations will be accepted online starting on 7th August 2026 at 7.00am and ending 20th August 2026 at 11.59pm. All online entries must be received by 20th August 2026 at 11.59pm.
5. How to Enter: The entry must fulfil all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize for the nominated venue. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of FOLD Reformer.
6. Prizes: The Winner of the giveaway will receive 4x Pre-loved Original FOLD Reformer Pilates bed, starter bundle, jumpboard & box, 12 months' app membership. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at FOLD Reformer discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be the result of an open Instagram poll under the supervision of FOLD Reformer. The winning venue will be notified by email within five 5 days following selection of Winner. FOLD Reformer shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
9. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content, you understand and agree that FOLD Reformer, anyone acting on behalf of FOLD Reformer, and FOLD Reformer’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the competition, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
10. Terms & Conditions: FOLD Reformer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond FOLD Reformer’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition.
